The Decoration for Bravery.
Nishan-i-Shuja’at (the Decoration for Bravery): instituted by Nawab Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V Abbasi in 1924 to reward supreme acts of bravery by members of the Bahawalpur State Forces, irrespective of rank or status. Awarded in a single class.
The Decoration for Military Effciency - First Grade (L) and Second Grade (R).
Nishan-i-Istidaad Harbiya (the Decoration for Military Efficiency): instituted by Nawab Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V Abbasi in 1924 to reward both efficient service as well as brave conduct by members of the Bahawalpur State Forces, irrespective of rank or status. Awarded in two classes (1. First Grade in gilt, and 2. Second Grade in silver).
Imtiaz-i-Huzoori - Third Class in bronze, obverse (L) and reverse (R).
Imtiaz-i-Huzoori (the Distinction of Courtiers): founded by Nawab Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V Abbasi as a reward for meritorious service by those associated with the government service, the court and nawabi household. Awarded in three classes, octagonal medallions (1. First Class in gold, 2. Second Class in silver, and 3. Third Class in bronze).
Good Service Badge - Third Class obverse (L) and reverse (R).
Nishan-e-Khidmat Husna (Good Service Badge): instituted by Nawab Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan Abbasi IV in 1883 to recognise distinguished and meritorious service by state employees in the military, police and civil services. Modified by Nawab Bahawal Khan V Abbasi in 1904 and by Nawab Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V Abbasi in 1936. Awarded as an octagonal medallion worn from a neck ribbon in three classes (1. First Class in gold, 2. Second Class in silver, and 3. Third Class in bronze).
